Emergency Medical Service (EMS) vehicles, loaded with essential medicines and medical supplies, are en route to PH. However, gangs on the DOC Highway are attempting to hijack these critical resources. Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) are tasked with defending the EMS convoys and ensuring the supplies reach their destination safely.
