Life Story : Thunderr Storm was born in India , Gujarat from small city as He was 7 years old he had a dream to join government. His dream was very big , for joining it he study day and night and get A+ in every exam till that it was good but when his father came to home with upset mod than thunder asked to father what happened his father told '' Thunderr this is very bad news for you and your mother ,, I got my transfer to Los Santos... Than they packed their stuffs and went to airport , Thunderr was very upset he was missing his teachers and friends and he is also thinking about Los Santos government is streak how he will join. As they arrived to Los Santos he joined school and as they don't have enough money to go to big school he took admission in small school as time spent he was 18 years old now and He also completed graduation and his parents are very proud. So he went to Los Santos government and gave his interview..... This was main part of his life He failed the interview and can't join government. Thunderr Storm was crying and lost hope After 2 years He received a call from his Indian friend called ' Maaz' He told my father also got transfer in Los Santos and now I joined lspd ( Los Santos police department ) so you also try we will worker together and what He went to LSPD hq and gave his interview , He was selected and got promotion because he was having good knowledge after that he celebrate his 22 years birthday and now he is working as Lieutenant in LSPD.

Outcomes:
1- Thunderr can pickup any weapon from the ground and use that for his own defence. (within reason of rules)
2- Thunderr can easily drive cars (except supercars) on rough roads (will not break any kind of RP while driving).
3- Thunder can offer to become a citizen hostage for 100k maximum and Leo hostage for 100k maximum
4- Thunder can offer to provide information to Illegal organization and legal organization about each other for bribes
