Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1: The very first day I came to the city I saw many gangs doing robbery, fighting with other gangs as soon I reached level 5 I decided to join a gang. But my first experience was really not good in the gang I found it very boring because no one was interacting with each other, no one was interested in going for the events because the leader was really not interacting with anyone if we do any hostage situation or robbery the High Commands use to keep all the money and bonuses was given so that day only I have that one day I will become the leader of the gang.
2: If I become the leader, I will try my level best to make the gang most active gang. I will hire experienced people if they don't have experience, I will personally teach them. I will try to have maximum number of participations in all the events. I will increase the activity in gang, no toxicity will be tolerated if any toxic person joins the gang, I will make sure to remove them, I will focus on Turf and all the player who comes in the event I will make sure that they get bonuses.
3: I have a lot of experience in the illegal orgs I was under deputy in MARABUNTA, I was 2 times deputy in VAGOS and. I really know very well how to handle any situation. I will make sure that every person is participating in events and not breaking any RP rules my aim will be to make this gang the most active gang in the city and take the gang to its maximum heights. I will make sure if am not there in the city Deputy &Under deputy are playing there perfectly. I feel that I can the handle the very well in my leadership.
Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
- I will make sure that everybody knows the RP rule
- Proper interview will be taken of everyone who wants to join
- Instant removal to the toxic players
- If someone breaks the RP rule 1 warning will be given and after that he/she repeat the same mistake they will be removed from the gang
