i dont see how that is "RANDOM" punching when u littearly provoking me with that bike and keep honking at me and trying to make me fall.

Yeah at first actually was just trying to open the shop and talk with the girl whos in my ORG, but this guy he kept HONKING, following me and trying to push me over with his scooter.
its like shooting at someone and when they shoot you back and kills you, you report them for RDM...
