I was off the server for 3 months, and when I came back, it's show you have ban for GR 1.3 and the time is 9946 day its mean ban forever ! what i did ? can anyone explain what the reason ? because not by me and my account only in my hand . How could something like this happen?

I just need the reason exactly or at least decrease the time because i didn't do anything to have ban forever or anything in general .

All my stuff , cars and my payment's go for nothing ?
