Hello,

Today I was trying to do the NEW NG TRUCK EVENT with my gang and I got jailed by Tony Gold because I demanded them to unlock trucks and get them JUST outside of base. This is a new event and the rules are still unclear. We were trying to do it with instructions we received by admins earlier.
In the rules it says " Gang members can take trucks from inside and outside of base. " and " Gang members CAN hold NG members hostage through roleplay and get them to enter the base and open a truck for them. " We would sneak into base but trucks were locked so we needed to demand NG to unlock the trucks. Therefore, I believe my punishment was totally unfair.

This forum is not actually for my punishment it was just a jail, We request the rules to be cleared as soon as possible so we can create more RolePlay scenarios among the server.

A few points on this:

1) You were unjailed once i was notified you are deputy and your curators will deal with that.
2) You show clearly on the screenshot and you mention " Gang members CAN hold NG members hostage through roleplay and get them to enter the base and open a truck for them. " You took citizen and a marabunta, not NG!
3) You show clearly on the screenshot and you mention: "We would sneak into base but trucks were locked" but on your screenshot of the rules it says "Do not turn up with multiple gang members in fake uniforms to start a huge shootout for trucks." Which by pulling upto FZ with 6 cars is sure turning up with multiple gang members.
4) in the rules it says "This is a secret action and a RP event in which somebody is attempting to sneak into FZ via RP to steal the truck and trick the army members." Where is the secrecy in arriving like that for hostage situation.
5) You demanded 2 Trucks as payment for relase of the hostages, but Event Rule 1.12 states you can only demand money (upto 400k) free passage/barricades. (UB demands)
6) The location you carried out the Hostage situation is considered on FZ red zone, According to GR6.25 that would be forbidden to hold hostage on the site.
7) You were wearing the Fake NG uniform whiles carrying out gang activity of taking hostage,

and the list goes on, Im confused how you can have leader/deputy both at this situation and still want to proceed with it

Some clarifications towards the rules you yourself posted:
1) You can change to NG uniform as gangster during this situation
2) You can hold a hostage and you can take a hostage for this specific event in NG area if its an NG member
3) You can turn up with multiple gang members, it just should not be a "shootout-situation" type, or be a situation where NG is just pressured into it (forced RP). How you rolled into NG simply with gang cars you go against the rule 1): "This is a SECRET ACTION"
4) NG MUST have the trucks outside of the underground parking at all times during the gate hours
5) Locked or unlocked does not matter, as when you have an NG member as a Hostage or you have a corrupt NG member they can open it for you (and MUST do it since they are in fear or corrupt for you).
6) For the sake of RP if you have an idea like you play out here, you should talk to your curators first or ask CoA, Deputy Chief or Chief if a certain RP situation is correct. If the RP is good and its not overdone / abused, some rules may change temporarily for RP if allowed by the high administration.
7) The ruleset does not allow you to take random people to FZ to pressure NG for Trucks - use NG members so they get you into the base. At no time NG can validate or MG the ID above your head / stranger name.

It is important to understand, that this Event should not randomly lead to NG-Baiting or random Stealing of trucks where NG is forced all day long to protect their trucks. It must have RP background or is a sneaky action. If you overall do not like the Idea of the Ruleset, you can talk to your curators - but prior to doing something like this, obviously.

For the situation above, the UB Demand was only needed, since NG hid the trucks in the Underground garage.
- NG will receive a warning for this and will disband if this happens again, as it broke the RP Situation. (explained in point 4)
- Ballas will receive a warning because even that the RP was a good idea here, Curators were not asked to perform an action outside of the ruleset given by curators which you posted here yourself. (explained in points 2, 3, 6)
