Here You can clearly see my friend in Jugler gave demand to stop his vehicle at timestamp 00:16 and then i again gave demand at timestamp 00:22 which was loud and clear and he clealy tried to escape RP by Speeding his car.
Moreover if you really want a extended POV, here you can see that timestamp 00:32 he moves his car in the mountain and does a UB driving and then at timestamp 01:13 does a code a and due to some sort of BUG the id wasent visible.

1. You give pull over demand to 180282 but you guys stop following him ( Time Stamp: 0:09 - 0:11 )
( So there is no point of Fare RP because you stop following him )

( So there is no point of FL )
3. You give demand to ID 92745 "Pull over 3 times" But there i didn't see the second car & members of your gang in that situation.
