1. Leader of LSPD.
2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I want to be a leader because I have been in high command in LSPD and various other organizations and believe that I have what it takes to lead organizations and feel the need to prove to myself that I can lead an organization like LSPD.
2.2 I want to be the leader of LSPD due to the fact that LSPD is one of the first organizations that I joined when I first came to the city and I have spent multiple terms in LSPD and have risen to ranks such as Chief of Staff and Head of Department and I have learned the core of being a police officer while being in LSPD and believe that if I was Leader, I could continue to make LSPD great.
2.3 LSPD is a core organization in the city due to the constant towing and enforcement of the law in the city and I believe that with me being Leader I can always maintain a level of constant activity and introduce new ways to make it fun and entertaining.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will improve the roleplay by ensuring that LSPD always maintains a level of professionalism, I will do this by ensuring that LSPD uses proper department templates, and radio codes, issues fines, communication between different organizations, etc.
3.2 I want to improve RP by the respective departments and the ways I would like to improve them.
3.2.1 Human Resources and Training: HRT is the department in charge of ensuring that LSPD always has new officers in the organization and they are in charge of training those new officers and ensuring they know how to correctly enforce the law and the way I would like to improve this department would be to do at least 2 open recruitments a day. I believe that if there are always 2 open recruitments a day and more specifically in the daytime and night time we will attract as many people as we can to promote activity and show that LSPD is the most active organization it can be. I also believe that if I were to implement a weekly goal it would push this department to do the best it can to improve LSPD.
3.2.2 Internal Affairs: IA is the department that is in charge of enforcing and maintaining the internal regulations of LSPD and ensuring that corruption is non-existent in LSPD. I will improve this department by ensuring that the IA department always does bodycam checks, background checks, license checks, etc. This will ensure that IA is always making sure that officers are not breaking the rules that IA has put in place to ensure that LSPD is the best it can be. I also believe that if I were to implement a weekly goal it would push this department to do the best it can to improve LSPD.
3.2.3 Special Weapons and Tactics: S.W.A.T. is the department for elite shooters who use critical thinking skills to devise plans and lead events such as Hostage Situations, Store Robberys/Gun Store Robberys, Subs, ACC, etc. I want to improve this department by ensuring that when we do our weekly NG training sessions SWAT plays a big role in making plans by cooperating with FIB and SAHP to devise the best strategy to win. I also believe that if I were to implement a weekly goal it would push this department to do the best it can to improve LSPD.
3.2.4 Traffic Enforcement: TE is a team of dedicated patrol officers who want to keep the city safe, free of crime, and clean. The way I would like to improve this department is to ensure that there are at least two officers always towing and as many people out on patrol. I also want to ensure that at least one checkpoint is done every day. I want to improve checkpoints by making two teams, team A will be in charge of stopping the vehicles asking for passports and ensuring they are not wanted and Team B will be in charge of stopping the people who did not stop when Team A asked them to stop. This is just one of many ideas I believe I can implement to improve the department. I also believe that if I were to implement a weekly goal it would push this department to do the best it can to improve LSPD.
3.2.5 Undercover: UC is the department that is in charge of gathering evidence and helping FIB to ensure a crime-free city via gang raids. They are also in charge of canabis busts and other various activities. I want to improve this department by always making sure that the LSPD UC Team and FIB UC Team always have clear communication on the goals they want to achieve. I also believe that if I were to implement a weekly goal it would push this department to do the best it can to improve LSPD.
3.2.6 Public Relations: PR is one of the most important departments out there, this department will be there for citizens to show that we can and will protect their city and that they can depend on us. It is also a fun way for citizens to connect with police officers and see that we also have a fun and compassionate side. This department will host events for citizens to win some major cash prizes. I will improve this department by coming up with new and fun ideas for events to do. I also believe that if I were to implement a weekly goal it would push this department to do the best it can to improve LSPD.
