2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- After Getting Enough experience from Legal Orgs as well as in Gang as a Leader in EN02 deputy in (Leader of Bloods, Deputy in all Gangs), I believe that I am capable of Handling gang as a leader and end up with a successful term with minimal warning. I am well aware about the most important rules of the gang Also now having exp in EN03 im ready to take every responsibility as a Leader of Marabunta!
- I believe handling gang is not simple as It needs a lot of coordination and support of people, so I have a good contact with people all over city which will help my term to go successful and be active, also making it best and active gang of the city.
- The Marabunta HQ has a good area which is good for Solar Plantation for earning side profit in gang and helping in giving high bonus to people, So the Gang always run good and never out of money and people get good bonuses
-Having a Great Leadership skills and Well build mindset will help my gang to overcome complex situations which arises during Robbery and Hostage situation.
- To prove my dominance over Leo and other Gang, as a leader I will often do gang raids and Unique events which involves LEO.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
- To make Gang active, First of all I will do more activity in Ghetto by doing more ghetto robbery and Hostage situation and Highway Robberies
- Getting more people in Gang as I have great contact with many unofficial fam and other people who know proper RP rules
- Regular Basis Store robbery for ammunitions in gang and 24/7 store for money in gang, Also doing more than Weekly goals to Prove my Dominance over other gangs.
-Doing Unique events like Vehicle theft and Informant, Encashment, Taking over Leo Base, Submarine.
- Taking People in Gang after a strict and proper interview before inviting them so our gang do minimal rule break and be active by contributing their most time in gang
- I will make good deputy and HC so they can manage people and activity of the gang.

- Making a Successful term with Minimal Warning
- Giving Proper rank to Gang member according to their Knowledge of Rules
- Making Professional Deputy and HC to make gang active with proper management of bonuses with proper ranking system
- Increasing Gang Activity by regularly doing ghetto robbery and other Situations
