2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 - After getting this much experience of Legal and Illegal organizations I think its the time for me to become leader, having experience as HOD and COS of HRT, Under Deputy In Bloods I am pretty sure that I can handle Marabunta and will try to get 0 warning, I know most of rules about gangs, and its a best chance for me to become leader and i am absolutely ready to do all work with my deputies and fulfill all requirements!
2- Marabunta it has always caught my eyes from the day I joined gangs, because its HQ is having a lot benefits like we can easily plant solar, and also defend it as we are a gang who can defend them properly, also to be honest i love the color blue that's why i thought this can be a chance.
3- I think i can lead this org well, because as HOD of HRT in LSPD I have selected members, doing announcements, recruitments i have understood how to deal with situations.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1- I am living in this city from 4-5 months and I saw many gang members doing fail rp, robbing people without enough gang members, shooting outside ghetto etc. and firstly we have to fix this by hiring experienced members and if i will see my members doing fail rp or breaking rules i will make a forum of them myself.
2- I will make sure people who are joining organization, will go through a proper RP rule test and if we find him suitable, we will recruit him, so that there won't be any chance of failrp or rule breaks from the organization members.
3- I will make sure that if a event is going on, there should be a under deputy or at least HC to lead it if me or deputies are not available in city.
