Service and Experience: Throughout my service in the National Guard, I have made a strong foundation. Ranking up through the competition was not an easy task, but I managed to do so. From my experience of being a High Command at many legal organizations, I can make sure that I put all my learnings from my leaders into action and run this organization. My service and experience reflect my professionalism and dedication, which I aim to bring to the National Guard as a leader.
Security, Stability, and Collaboration : The National Guard is responsible for maintaining a friendly environment and providing safety to our citizens from major crimes happening in the city. We will provide security during critical threats and maintain stability in the city. We will respond to threats in collaboration with other legal organizations (LSPD, SAHP, FIB) and work closely with each other to make sure that we are always ready to respond to such situations across the whole city.
Empowering Future Leaders: A leader wants their fellow employees to grow in the field and work hard for the organization. I would focus on creating a friendly and learning environment around all employees. Ensuring we are united as a team and always willing to learn. I would develop their skills and introduce a well-structured training program to prepare members for higher responsibilities and keep The National Guard on top as always!
4. RolePlay Improvements
Training and Discipline: Maintaining discipline in an organization is only possible when every member knows what’s their job and what do the citizens of the city expect from us(The National Guard). I would introduce scenario-based training sessions where members would practice different types of situations that could take place and how as a team we can tackle them. Making our members ready for any event that takes place and being present at the scene and already knowing what we are supposed to do.
Promotions, Bonuses, and Recognition: The only thing that can motivate a person is a promotion or getting recognized by the High Command. The outstanding performance given by the members can only be matched by giving out promotions and rewarding them with what they deserve. I will make sure the people who are putting their souls into the organization get something in return. Regular promotions and bonuses will be given out, which will make the members feel valued at The National Guard. This will help in the overall development of the organization.
Clear and Consistent Guidelines: Establishing a proper chain of command to ensure the members have professional interactions according to it. Ensuring the members realize what is expected by the city and what their responsibilities are, so that we can create a more interactive and professional RP experience. This will, in short, enhance the quality of the overall role play for the entire organization.
Departmental Vision:
Air Force : This Department will be providing air support during major operations/threats, regular training sessions will be conducted to make sure our team is always ready to conduct Scouting And Support operations.
Military Police: This would strengthen the discipline within the organization, Patrol in the whole city and teaming up with the other legal organizations to ensure a strong presence in critical situations.
Human Resources: This team's main goal would be on recruiting individuals and making sure we get the best talent into the organization. Making sure that the new recruits can be integrated into the team without facing any problems.
SASD (Specialized Armed Support Division): This team would be specialized in conducting high-risk operations without making a mistake. Whether it's securing a location or assisting in complex missions. This team will be always ready to handle these types of situations
Public Relations: This team’s goal would be maintaining a positive public image for the National Guard by actively engaging with the community and media and Hosting Events.
