2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

🕊️ It's no secret that leadership is something I am not stranger to. I have served multiple times as Chief of Staff in the LSPD and held HC roles in other state orgs. Over time, many people have told me to apply for state leadership and I feel it’s finally time to do it. After many requests, I am now applying for this position. With my leadership style and my 2 deputies who are, in my opinion, the best in the game, I am confident in my ability to lead 1 or 2 successful terms

🕊️ I am genuinely motivated to lead the LSPD because I believe in its importance as the city’s main legal org. I see so many roleplay opportunities that I can bring during my term to improve LSPD's appeal to citizens and the city's overall experience with my officers. I've always wanted to bring my creative ideas to state leadership, beyond my leadership of LifeInvader and I believe now is the right time. Having seen both strong and weak leaders, I know how to build on the good and minimise the bad to leave a lasting impact on the organisation

🕊️ Aside from my state experience, I have also been leader of a successful gang term and served as a deputy in gangs multiple times. After leading dozens of events in the crime side, I know how criminals think and the tactics they use during events like FZ, subs and stores. With this knowledge, I’ll be able to lead my officers effectively and secure wins in each and every event, making sure that gangs won’t gain the upper hand against us. Most state organisations do a quick, simple and rushed event to fulfil their IC global targets. PR is something close to my heart, being a former CEO of LifeInvader and having helped many leaders progress or complete their 25 (as I did single handedly for Samantha Parker in under a term) I want each event we do to genuinely entertain citizens and provide them with a reason to turn up. The PR team I select, under the guidance of a HOD I personally choose, will aim to do at least 1 event per day with every single one being unique. This will be an expectation for the department. No more repeated come find me or bring a picture events!

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
▸ To minimise rulebreaks, I will ensure that HRT thoroughly trains new hires and that we are not recruiting people who don’t know basic server and state rules. I will have access to all LSPD related documents (application form, training documents, policies etc.) so I can be confident that my team are thorough in their work
▸ Bodycam is extremely important; I will ensure all agents are familiar with /me, /try and /do commands as they are needed for proper RP
▸ Everyone should know that HRT trains, IA punishes. Not the other way around
▸ LSPD must maintain professionalism at all times which is why I will ensure that disciplinary measures are taken by my IA team against all those who show that they are not fit to serve our state
▸ I will instruct my DAs and IA team to start regularly requesting bodycams to identify training and/or legal issues or other trends and come up with solutions to fix them
▸ Making sure my officers keep hostage negotiations short and simple. No stalling or asking for OOC intervention by calling admins or spamming Non-RP chat
▸ Make sure each department is the best it can be by being led by experienced and trusted HODs, favouritism and corruption are the downfall of any org and I will make sure these words are never associated with my leadership
▸ Not overspending by keeping an eye on funds, making sure money is entering and leaving the org balance of what is needed
▸ My departments will be as follows; HRT (Human Resources and Training), IA (Internal Affairs), SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics), TE (Traffic Enforcement), PR (Public Relations) and IB (Investigation Beureu a.k.a UC); but this may be removed later on if it doesn’t work out

I have many more ideas for improving RP but I would like to show it personally if I am entrusted with this position
