I see here a clear abuse of power where i am trying to get the information regarding the NON-RP vehicle things. And she/he is giving the same reply where I am asking question regarding the NON-RP vehicle thing. As you can see when I asked she/he instantly sent the "Stop Spamming" message where I am trying to get information regarding the same to know better and not get into punishments.
As far as I know spamming is sending the same message multiple times after gettng the answer. Here i am asking him/her for the better understanding of the situation but indeed giving mutes and closing our word of speech.
I hope decision will be taken correctly.
