Hello dear admins,

i was banned for General Rules 6.19 + General Rules 3.2

Idk what i did but i know my lil cousin was playing on my pc and he gets mad cuz he have to go home and after that i go play grand and i see i was banned i call him up on snapchat and he told me he type n word and f word in admin ticket chat ik its General Rule 1.2 and its my problem but can i pls get unban on best project im new player and i dont know rules so good yet and i let him play for fun.
