2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to become leader of SAHP (San Andreas Highway Patrol) because i have been in state organization for almost 2 years and have experienced every single aspects which is required to become the Sheriff and protect the Highway and Paleto Bay and i would like to become the sheriff and make it the most active state organisation with 24/7 Insurance covered and most Arrest and Tows and keep The city safe from any threats
- I have experience of legal organisation and been an hc and have seen lot of different situations like Hs gang raid and have lead my Units. and i would like to do the same as the Sheriff of SAHP. I would become a respectful leader of sahp and would make it active as the last few terms and i have lot of family members who also are active and experienced in leading any situation also I had been assistant Sheriff in Sahp and i have applied for SAHP Multiple times in the past and with my experiences i can make it the best term.
- I know almost all rule of the project and have been following it i have a clean punishment history and would lead a term with no rule breaks from me and my organization and would have an friendly relations with other state organizations and would host regular special operations and would constantly help them. I believe that I can handle Sahp because with my old experience I have spent in Sahp as a high command because of that I will make my term the best with my Constant bonuses with good deputies and good High commands and good staff
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
-I will make sure all the trooper to do Maximum arrest, Issues Fines and i would give them active bonuses
- I would make sure there is no Favouritism personally check the officers activity and maintain Proper Rp.
- I would make sure my Troopers do Proper Rp with correct Commands
-I would make sure there is no Toxicity in my Organization.
- I would give out Max Bonuses
-I would encourage and motivate my Troopers and keep the city and highway clean
- i would have a friendly relations with other state Orgs.
My term departments:
1. Human Resource Training (H.R T): They will recruit the officer in organizations also maintain the logs of all officers and check the officer logs doing good work then give them promotion.
2. Special Weapons and Tactics(S.W.A.T): They will do Special Operation like ghetto patrol and cannabis hunt and keep the city and ghetto clean from crime and they will give heavy weapons and air certifications.
3. Internal Affairs(IA): They will look the officers activity and keep them in order in the organization.
4. Under Cover Operators (U.C O ): They will look for evidences against the gangs the help the F.I.B to make Case File against gangs and they will collect proofs against gangs.
5. Highway Patrol (H.W.P): They will manage the problem of highway by patrolling on highway and would keep it Safe
