2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. When it was time for me when I was new in the city, I joined LSPD and gained some experience Then I joined SAHP, I worked at a low rank. At that time SAHP was new for me. Later I got a good rank based on my performance I got to learn a lot during my time at SAHP Also It's my dream to become SAHP SHERIFF I have the ability to run well If I become a leader, my biggest concern will be that everyone should respect each other, whether they are high command or normal citizens and highway should be secured This is a very important thing for an organization.

The second reason is that I have spent a lot of time in a legal organization Specially In NG and SAHP and I have learned a lot of things while working in an organization in LSPD, NG, GOVERNEMENT And recently I got an opportunity to become the leader of NG and my term was successful And I have a good communication skill so help of which I will be able to interact well with my team and solve the problems they are facing If I become the leader then I will make the city the most safest city Lastly, I will remain in touch with my PR team all the time so that I can organize events on regular basis So that there can be a conversation and discuss what problems faces by citizens so that I can solve them as soon as possible.1. 3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1.If I become the leader of the SAHP, I will try to complete 2 terms and do as much work as I can with less the 3 warnings, I will make sure that RP commands are followed properly I will hold every week meetings with my employees And I listen to their problems and see if I can solve their problems During my term, I will keep collecting data from each of the departments COS, every day about what they did that day and how much work they did so that I can know whether that department is active or not As I mentioned above, my main focus will be on HR department whether it is providing training in way and how much it is hiring people Also the most active one will get the (200K and Trooper of the Week medal) for most of the arrest , towing , also most giving fines.
