I have been long in city and gain both side experience gang side as well as Leo side, but I have spent almost months in gang and gang is the first organisation that i joined when i start my roleplay life, in that time i learned alot of new events, rules and other stuff. By hard work, spent alot of months and leading many events like clands, subs, store/gun robbery, hs, bs and many more etc...
I want to become the leader of vagos because i want to complete my gang journey from as a starter to leader its right time for me to lead the gang. I have good knowledge about gang from my past experience as under deputy in all gangs for leader. My goal towards vagos is to do different events every day and spread terrorism in city, complete weekly requirement and build good relation with curator.
my last reason not least is i will build a family within a gang with no hates and toxicity and ensure there will be no misunderstanding. I will select deputies who can handle organisation or lead in events in absence of leader in city. i will hire experience and active guys instead of just filling people for number in organisation it reduces small mistakes to zero and the rp will be completed in accordance with the rules.
3) Your advice for improving roleplay in the organization
There will be no favouritism for deputies and high command rank in the organisation
There will be a great family without any toxicity in the organisation.
interact leos in all events to create good roleplay.
rule break led to kick or blacklisted.
As a leader, I will keep the gang active by joining events like clands , battleships, and stores.

try to win 100% turfs
max graffiti profit every hour
become terrorist organisation
win all events with good numbers.
capture ghetto with yellow colour and scared everyone by vagos
