2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to become leader of sahp because since the beginning i have always been in state side where i have learned from many leaders and have got a lot of experience in handling every situation with clam mind and have seen sahp going on a wrong direction lately due to some of the past leaders being not so good as per their reputation and i want to lead sahp in the correct direction and to keep the highways clean and make sure every citizens are safe and drive comfortably without any fear in the highway.
2.2 I want to be the sheriff of sahp due to my vast experience as a high command various state org. Because of this i have many plans for sahp mainly having new departments like ATF, TF MARSHAL, HR, IA, HWP PR. And have active cos and team for each department and make sure to give high bonus for each department and have a good impression on the citizens through our pr department.
2.3 I want to have an successful term of sahp where every one have respect for each other and there is no toxicity between the troopers i will try my best to end my term with least warnings but i wont do any big promises but i will try my best to pay the highest bonus and have a good relation with other state org and help each other state orgs when they need any help also i would try my best to keep sahp have the good number Also i try my best to keep 2 units 24/7 for insurances of vehicles for the citizens.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 My advice for improving the role play is introducing a new departments Like ATF and many more who will give chance to new rp situations.
3.2 To Have good vehicles to respond faster to any situations
3.2 To have open recruitment and application process too.
3.3 Proper RP with rp commands
3.4 To have an experienced Deputy and HC who would take charge on absence of leader
3.5 To give out most bonuses to my Troopers
3.6 To not have any toxicity between my troopers
Various Departments In My Term
Air Task Force ( ATF):
They would patrol around the city in air and would scout and report any criminal activities around the highway.
Task Force Marshal (TSF):
They would collect evidences and proof against Gangs and Crime Families.
Human Resource (HR):
They would check applications and interview and train new troopers.
Internal Affairs (IA):
They would check on the troopers by checking their licenses and logs and handling any disputes among the trooper's.
High Way Patrol (HWP):
They would patrol around the city on road and will respond to any situation or and look on any intel found by ATF department.
Public Relations (PR):
They would host events and listen to the citizens requests and help SAHP to have a good relation with the public.
