1. Leader of the National Guard
2. Why I Want to Lead the National Guard
Service and Experience:
Throughout my service in the National Guard, I have made a strong foundation. Ranking up through the competition was not an easy task, but I managed to do so. From my experience of being a High Command at many legal organizations, I can ensure that I put all my learnings from my leaders into action and run this organization. My service and experience reflect my professionalism and dedication, which I aim to bring to the National Guard as a leader.
Security, Stability, and Collaboration:
The National Guard is responsible for maintaining a friendly environment and providing safety to our citizens from major crimes happening in the city. We will provide security during critical threats and maintain stability in the city. We will respond to threats in collaboration with other legal organizations (LSPD, SAHP, FIB) and work closely with each other to ensure that we are always ready to respond to such situations across the whole city.
Empowering Future Leaders:
A leader wants their fellow employees to grow in the field and work hard for the organization. I would focus on creating a friendly and learning environment around all employees. Ensuring we are united as a team and always willing to learn. I would develop their skills and introduce a well-structured training program to prepare members for higher responsibilities and keep The National Guard on top as always!
3. RolePlay Improvements
Training and Discipline:
Maintaining discipline in an organization is only possible when every member knows their job and understands what the citizens of the city expect from us (The National Guard). I would introduce scenario-based training sessions where members would practice different types of situations that could occur and learn how, as a team, we can tackle them. This ensures our members are always prepared and confident in handling any events.
Promotions, Bonuses, and Recognition:
The only thing that can motivate a person is a promotion or getting recognized by the High Command. Outstanding performance by members will be rewarded with promotions and bonuses. I will ensure that those who dedicate themselves to the organization feel valued. Regular promotions and bonuses will help boost morale and support the overall development of the organization.
Clear and Consistent Guidelines:
Establishing a proper chain of command ensures professional interactions. Members will understand what is expected of them and their responsibilities. This structure will create a more interactive and professional RP experience, enhancing the quality of role-play for the entire organization.
Past Experience:
- HOD of MP/IA in NG: 3x Terms
- DHOD of HRT in SAHP: 1x Term
- DHOD of IA in LSPD: 2x Terms
- COS of ALL and Director of USSS in Gov: 2x Terms
- HOD of RO/LT in EMS: 2x Terms
4. Departmental Vision
Air Force:
This Department will provide air support during major operations and threats. Regular training sessions will be conducted to ensure our team is always ready to perform scouting and support operations.
Military Police:
This division will strengthen discipline within the organization, patrol the city, and team up with other legal organizations to maintain a strong presence in critical situations.
Human Resources:
Focused on recruiting individuals and ensuring we get the best talent into the organization. New recruits will be integrated into the team smoothly to maintain a welcoming environment.
SOF:
Specialized in conducting high-risk operations flawlessly. This team will handle situations like securing locations and assisting with complex missions.
