2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 My experiences at LSPD stretch from when I first joined as a low rank and worked my way up through all ranks finally peaking at Deputy Chief of Police. In the city I feel like I have reached a climax in my Law enforcement career and all that is left for me to achieve is leadership. After 2 terms of being Deputy Chief of police, Deputy Director at FIB and Undersheriff of SAHP, I have gained enough experience and knowledge to lead an organisation myself with the support of my experienced deputies.
2.2 Over all the terms I have served in Law Enforcement I have concluded that the biggest problem organisation struggle with is activity especially during the night times. One of my main goals is to deal with this problem head on and make LSPD an organisation that is actively towing and patrolling day and night. The Leadership of LSPD and the Head of HR will host open recruitments every single day as much as possible to maximise our organisations potential and activity.
2.3 Conclusively I want LSPD to be a skilled, active and reliable organisation that all state orgs can rellie on to be consistently providing activity and duty at all times.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
- I want the roleplay to be enjoyable for both my officers as well as the person they are interacting with, weather that be them being arrested or just a traffic stop. To do this Myself and the HRT department will train our officer to a T teaching them the in and outs of law enforcement and how to deal with all different varieties of roleplay situations [arrest procedure etc].
- I will make sure the S.W.A.T department is conducting trainings to improve our organisations roleplay at store robbery's, Hostage situations and gang raids. They will also be kept up to date with the FIB tactics so we are able to match their skill and professionalism at events which I believe will improve the roleplay dramatically.
- We will ensure proper radio codes are being used within the organisation to create great communication skills with officers and maintain professionalism and roleplay in the organisation, We will also hold weekly meetings with all of our employees to give them a chance to express their opinion's and things we can improve within the org to make the roleplay more enjoyable for everyone.
