This guy ( 122453 ) was randomly handcuffing people's hands, I was just standing there and I didn't notice that he tied my hands, after this happened I realized that I couldn't open my inventory, I thought it was a game bug and restarted the game and I was born in prison, you can see my hands, not cuffed and I didn't get any notifications.
How is this possible?
It's not right for this person to tie people up for no reason and he uses his law enforcement powers unfairly.
