Hello Administration,
I recently received a ban for violating rule GR 4.1, but I am unsure of the specific reason for this ban. The rule states:
4.1 Players must not have any kind of software that gives any advantage (Disabling drug’s effect, hacks, bots, etc.) | Up to permanent ban
I am not aware of having anything that would give me an unfair advantage over other player.
With school starting next month, my gaming time will be significantly reduced. I was hoping to spend these remaining days playing the game and connecting with the friends I've made before my schedule becomes too busy.
If there is anything that violates this rule like my redux and gun skins, I am more than willing to delete it immediately. I kindly request a lower ban duration so I can enjoy the game during my limited free time.
Could you please clarify why I was banned under rule GR 4.1?
