Dear Lebron,

I was banned on DE01 for 60 days due to the accusation of "Supporting Cheats - Supporting Ban Evasion," as multiple multi-accounts were found within my Turf team.

Background:

When Luca Zero founded the Grove Street Gang, my Turf team joined this gang. On DE01, there is now a Turf registration system where administrators check all players for potential bans on other servers. Players who have been banned due to cheats or similar reasons, which gave them an unfair advantage, are automatically excluded from the Turf system. During these checks, the multi-accounts within our Turf team could have been discovered.

Because there were several multi-accounts in our team, Administrator Chelo Lima received numerous complaints about us. He eventually instructed me to report all multi-accounts within 48 hours, or I would face a penalty ( ). Just one hour later, he banned three multi-accounts, and we removed those players from our Turf team as requested ( ).

We did not report any further players within the set deadline. The following day, I asked Chelo about the current status and whether a penalty would be issued. He told me that he needed to discuss this with the Chief level and would get back to me. About 30 minutes later, he informed me that I had been given a Turf ban ( ).

A Turfer had uploaded a YouTube video and when Chelo Lima saw it, he subsequently banned me for 60 days ( ), as he the video provided enough evidence.

Why I should be unbanned / have the Turf ban lifted:

The Turf registration system on DE01 is designed to check players for multi-accounts. This responsibility should have been handled by the administrators, not by me as the Turf leader. The administrators have the technical means to identify multi-accounts clearly. I have independently reported several multi-accounts that involved blacklisted players - still a responsibility that actually does not fall within my area of responsibility. Without my report, these multi-accounts would probably have remained active in Turf.

I kindly ask that my ban and Turf ban be reviewed again and that the sanctions be adjusted or lifted accordingly.

Best regards,
Kevin Who
