2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have been playing this game 2.5 years I have been in all the state organizations and based on my experience and assuming what I have seen I will show an unprecedented leadership to the SAHP I plan to make a very colorful leadership compared to the previous periods the period under my leadership will be very active and at the same time a period that everyone will enjoy
- As the leader of this organization I plan to have the characteristics that a leader should have and a fair leadership first of all I want to be helpful to everyone and lead everyone and show the importance of a good management style as an example to everyone during my leadership
- For me serving on behalf of state organizations is a very important task and since I have spent a long time in organizations such as FIB LSPD and GOV I have a very good experience and I have information about all the systems and processes carried out in these state organizations
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- When I worked in the SAHP before there was a lack of merit the heads of departments did not take their work seriously and this led to lack of merit and injustice as a result of this activity and participation to SAHP rates are decreasing and I will not allow this to happen under my leadership I will choose fair and honest heads of departments
- I plan to establish a special S.W.A.T team this team will consist of people with special weapon skills and high level game knowledge and with this team I will be able to intervene quickly hard and effectively in all kinds of incidents
- I will distribute the bonus system fairly and significantly change the bonuses I will give bonuses to everyone who participates in each event and then everyone will definitely be rewarded for their hard work and bonuses will be given quickly
- I will do organize a promotion ceremony once a week and me and my assistants will routinely check and supervise everyone who is working hard and being active and finally reward them for their efforts
