2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
i. A Strong Personal Connection to EMS:
I have been a part of this organization from the last three terms and through out this time EMS has become my second home. I belong to it as a community and I am deeply connected to it. I started my journey here and this is the location where I have grown. EMS has a lot of positive impact on me and I want to give back to this organization because the values, the people, and the experiences have all become part of my identity by this organization.
ii. The Learning and Development I’ve Gained from EMS:
My time in EMS has been filled with many learning opportunities and i have the chance to develop a wide range of skills from EMS and the opportunity to provide medical treatments to the citizen this experience and the guidance i have received this thing prepared me to step into a leadership position with confidence. I have learned the importance of teamwork, staying calm under pressure, and thinking critically and all of them have shaped me how i can face challenges. I am really eager to share this knowledge with others and make the Organization always active to help citizens.
iii. A Desire to Contribute to EMS Growth and Success:
EMS has played a major role in my life and now i want to help the organization continue to grow and succeed. I believe the organization has incredible potential to make an even bigger impact and i would love to be part of that process whether it is by introducing new ideas, improving current systems or ensuring that our members are well supported i am passionate about helping EMS. I feel a deep sense of responsibility to contribute to the positive changes that can help EMS reach its full potential and I am very excited by the opportunity to lead this effort.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
1. HC Department: My advices starts from this department where the new members who wants to join EMS have to wait a lot of time to find the HC to join EMS this thing make the RP level low in the organization so if i got selected as a leader firstly i will make this department more active.
2. FTO Department : Second Department is the FTO Dep. which have to be more active in the organization because and my responsibility to add the more experienced players who have the knowledge to all over the EMS Codes and these player will train the newbies and make the environment of EMS more Active and good.

Active Lobbies and more Global Activity: In my leadership i will make sure that the each lobby is active 24/7 and Minimum 1 person is available at each lobby so citizen got no issue to get the treatments and also i will make sure to follow the Leo's Calls on department for the Events and 911 Calls so EMS will reach every place at time and provide treatment to the LEO's this thing improve the RP level in the org.
