2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
My journey began a year ago when I had just arrived in the city. From the outset, before coming to the city, I decided to join EMS, and I intended to build my entire career there. Subsequently, I joined and learned many new things in EMS, and then I realized that I could achieve even more.
2.1 I have been working in EMS for more than 10 terms, and during these 10 terms, I have observed how work is done in EMS and how it can be improved. I have made many plans for this and need to implement them to enhance EMS further.
2.2 With the help of my experience and my connections, I can make many changes in EMS and I have also learnt a lot of new things in different terms and have worked in different positions like deputy chief, chief of operation and so on and because of that experience I can make EMS better.
2.3 In my last term when I was the deputy leader, We started many new works like blood donation camps and different types of surgery, so I want to take those things further and apart from this I will also try to introduce new things in which I can make the sessions more interactive and fun-full and apart from that I will make sure that the entire organisation works to its full potential.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 I will ensure that whatever is running should be under me and there should be no other corrupt people under the organizations and a good atmosphere should be maintained in the organizations.
3.2 And from my side, everything will work absolutely well inside the organsation and all lobbies and calls will be covered and to supervise them, there will always be 2 HCs and will attend events like ACC, SUBS, BANK and other unscripted events and labtech work will also be done well
3.3 In the end I will ensure that we will hire people from all time zones, be it night time or day time so that EMS runs smoothly and I will also ensure that no employee faces any problem and the same goes for High Command too.
Main Goals for improving EMS.
Lobbies and Calls
So I will ensure that there are at least 2 employees on each lobbies and calls and they are always covered.
Training Department
I will ensure that every new person joining the organization should be given proper training without any mistakes.
Global Events
I will ensure that my employees try to attend each and every global event.
Other Events
We will organize blood donation and other Medical Campaign from time to time and do new events.
