2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have always wanted to lead the most notorious group in the city. To fulfill this desire, I became the leader of an unofficial organization. I achieved everything I wanted with my family, but I always felt that something greater could be accomplished. While looking for organizations to lead, I came across the Los Santos Vagos, which controls the entire beach ghetto, with their headquarters situated in a prime location. However, despite the advantages of the ghetto area they control, the group has weakened over the years.
2.2 During my early days in the city, it took some skill to enter the beach market, as it was a place where Vagos would take action against anyone who dared to cross them. I want to restore that reputation. I aim to transform this gang into a cohesive group of individuals who always have each other’s backs. Given the level of disrespect shown by the main hands to the young thugs who come to the ghetto looking to join a gang, I am determined to change that. I will welcome everyone with the dream of being a gangster and help them succeed.
2.3 I am confident in my leadership skills, and I will make the ghetto bleed yellow again.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
Current situation of gangs is they just go to any event and take picture and done. its like a loop thats why people are not taking interest in joining gang. i will train everyone, i will host event not only to take a picture but to do roleplay and teach everyone. i will do as many events as possible and not same everytime i will try to do different things everytime, different locations, different situations. so that gang members will enjoy and learn something. I will teach new comers in gangs and hire old members too. together we will be the best gang in city and we will engage ourselves in High level of roleplay.
