2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)​

2.1:- I wanted to apply for this position from a long time. I have been a part of illegal organization from a long time. I have gain a lot of experience to server my role as a leader of families. And to make it the most dangerous and active gang in city. I got an inspiration from several leader by spending time with them. This all inspired me to apply for this position.

2.2:- I have given my most of the time in criminal activities in gangs like marabunta , bloods ,ballas ,and families as a high command. And i served my role with full responsibility, I have prepared a strong team that would always help me with leading the gang because i tried my best make a good relation with everyone I met.

2.3:- I have few ideas to make gangs more interesting and active by dividing into such teams. I'll introduce few leaders which will lead situations which they are handed over such as leader of robbery team will lead highway robberies this will increase activity and interest moreover I am planning to introduce training system in gangs.

3.Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.

3.1:-I have been noticing from long time that there are no training system in gangs which i would like to introduce as many newcomers make mistakes which effect quality of roleplay, If I will be successful in my plan so this will make high quality rp as people would be trained so there would be less chances of mistakes.

3.2:-I will have highly skilled high command members who can lead the gang and prevent other gang members from breaking the rules. And i will distribute bonuses every week on Sunday to keep my gang members engaged and working hard for the gang to improve role play quality.

3.3:- I will make sure that everyone is interviewed properly before joining the gang and they have to at least pass 10 question before joining my gang and they will get their rank according to how many question they got correct and how hardworking they are. I will make sure if a High command is not being respectful to lower rank I will decrease their rank or may be fire them because I want to make everyone in my gang feel comfortable
