a) I want to the leader of SAHP as I think I can help promote a new Trooper's journey into becoming a Proper Law Enforcement Officer who knows All The rules and also the way to actually Do RP and participate in all Scripted/Non-scripted events so that SAHP does not fall behind other legal organizations. I also believe I can change SAHP for the better in various different ways including changing the training system to help new LEO's who need help to be properly trained in the field of duty. For the Completion of This Task, I will be Creating a very Active and Experienced team of HR. I will personally Hire the Best And The Most Experienced People for Human Resource Department So That no-one is Left untrained.


b) One More thing that I will Be Focussing on Creating Very good Relations with Public with the Help of PR Team As My Focus is to do 25 IC events in 2 Terms With A very good Activity and a goal of No warns. After that The IA will be held responsible to deal with any kind of confussions among Org members, and IA will Consistently Check the Bodycams of everyone to make sure that everyone is Clean. And We will also Try to keep our Relations Strong with all other legal Orgs in order to Make a Strong State which is strong enough to stop any kind of Criminal activity or terrorism. I think that Other Departements and operations come later, First We have to be Strong enough Internally that no one can make a complain related to any of our trooper. We will Make strong Relation With Governemnt as well for Higher Funds and we will Focus on completing all the provided tasks. To achieve that IA will make sure that we are Ready 24/7 For a State inspection.

I have been in this city for more than a year now and during this time i have gained enough knowledge to lead an organization successfuly. I have worked in Different Organizations including LSPD, SAHP, LI, GOV and i have always tried to Know More and More about the procedures and principals of all State orgs and specially SAHP. Now I want to Implement this Knowledge and Experience as a leader. To Create a Healthy Environment filled with Greater RP levels and Proffessionalism Not only OOC but i do possess a great knowledge of IC Laws and legislation as i have served as a District Court Judge as well for the city of los santos, So i Know Almost everything related to legislation and specially about the ethics of LEOs. As a Leader I Will take the responsibility to Finish any kinds of MisHaps And Confussions bieng occured Among the Legal Orgs.

- Our Policy Will be Protect and serve!

- I will Make Sure that all officers and supervisors communicate respectfully towards the public and within the Org.

- We Will use Various methods to increase the Overall RP, not only in our org but among everyone, we will be conducting Frequent RP events with citizens to help them remind that SAHP is active!

- I will give freedom to my Troopers, that if they feel that highway is unsafe or there are Gangs or criminals, they can start making check posts.
- We will Focus On doing special Operations with Other Orgs, It will be a very good Addition to RP levels.

- What can be a better way of RP than paying Realistic Bonuses to hardworking officers, i will be paying Bonuses to everyone not with Equality but with Justice!

- One more thing that i will like to Add is to Make Sessions in which Our DA will himself conduct meetings with all troopers and keep them updated to all the new Laws and Legislation Changes.

The Human Resources Department is an Important component For Every Org. HR team is responsible for the management of Troopers or Cops in the organization. The HR is responsible for the recruitment, selection, hiring, and training of employees. It also handles employee relations, including grievances, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
In addition to managing personnel, HR is responsible for the development and implementation of policies. This includes the development of employee benefit packages, compensation and performance management systems And employee trainings.

The Internal Affairs (IA) Department is an important part of any organization, making sure everyone follows the rules and acts professionally. IA looks into complains, misconduct and any breaking of policies by troopers or cops. The department checks that everyone is doing their job fairly, professionaly and responsibly. IA handles internal investigations and suggests actions if someone breaks the rules and also keeps things honest and fair. By doing this IA helps build trust and keeps the organization running smoothly.

The Traffic Enforcement Unit is an important part of the SAHP.It Focues on keeping the roads safe and ensures drivers follow traffic rules. This unit handles traffic violations, controls speeding, and Tows the Vehicles Parked on the Highways. They also manage high-speed chases and make sure vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements by Checking the Insurances and Numberplates. By working closely with other departments, the Traffic Enforcement Unit helps reduce accidents improves road safety and keep traffic flowing smoothly.

The Command and Control Centre (CCC) is the heart of communication and coordination within the organization. It is responsible for managing radio communications, assigning calls and directing units to respond to emergencies. The CCC tracks the location of all troopers to ensure quick and efficient backup or support. This department also monitors ongoing operations, provides updates to units in the field, and ensures smooth communication between all other Law Enforcement Organisations. By keeping everything organized the CCC help in maintaining order and ensures a swift response to any situation.

The High-Risk Operations Squad (HROS) is a special team trained to handle the most dangerous and difficult situations.They are called during hostage rescues, armed robberies, or other risky emergencies. This squad uses advanced weapons and safety gears to make sure they can manage tough situations carefully and successfully. HROS also works with other Orgs to protect everyone involved, including civilians and LEOS. They spend a lot of time practicing and preparing so they can respond quickly and effectively when needed.By staying ready for any kind of threat the High-Risk Operations Squad helps keep the City safe and ensures that serious incidents are handled the right way.
