2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have proudly served LifeInvader for five terms, including four as a high command, and I have a proven track record as the Head of Human Resources.
As Head of Human Resources, I bring extensive experience in training and guiding new talent. My strong relationships with the current high-command team and my deep understanding of the organization inspire confidence in my ability to lead LifeInvader with vision, efficiency, and excellence.
Believing in my abilities, I am confident that I can lead LifeInvader effectively, giving my absolute best to manage every aspect of the organization and ensure its continued success.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
Department Improvement : As a Leader, I will ensure that all high-command members are accountable and actively fulfilling their responsibilities
I will ensure that High commands are given at different times so that if there is any necessity for high command assistance, they can help with it.
Implement structured training and testing programs to assist newcomers in adapting to their roles effectively. For morning and night shifts by hiring and training employees in the Advertisement Department to maintain PDA work 24 hr.
Prioritize timely responses to reception calls, ensuring citizens receive the attention they deserve.
Improving Roleplay: LifeInvader well known among citizens for Creative events which is makes people interested in LifeInvader and roleplay as well. I will host the event every week, it's my commitment to do so.
I have to make good relationships with Other organizations so that they can also cooperate with LifeInvader and assist with our work.
My commitment to improving roleplay inside the organization: The creative event, Proper lessons for newcomers and Professional Journalist.
Our shared vision: LifeInvader works for Citizens as a Leader I will make sure that all of my employees including High commands as well as are respectful of our fellow citizens.
Reception calls are much more important I have to make sure that high commands or employees give responses in it.
Last but not least friendly behavior and a friendly free workplace made work on organizational improvement
For ADs Department: I will hire maximum ad employees for different time zones for clearing PDA. I will hire different time-zone employees, especially for Night Time.
For Creative Department: I will hire more employees for the Creative Team. Our goal is to produce one talent show each week and organize additional events.
For Journalism Department: We will not cover any uninteresting news or information posters; instead, we will focus on the store robbery, hostage situation, and interview the leader and deputy of the legal organization.
There is no more advice.
