2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
EMS is the most crutial and most important organization in City right now and i havve surve about 6 term in this organization and I want to lead the organization so we can give more good experince in the city and try to help every people so this organizationn get that type of respect that he deserves. So no one in the city will get a bad experince while livinng inn the city because of EMS and I also want this organization to be most loved organization in the city.
1. I have been in this org for like 6 to 7 terms and i think i am pretty much ready to lead this organization in a right path to help the city and also to improve this organization as much as i can by my side and try to make a really good team in EMS the people that like to help people and want to give a good experince to the citizen of the city.
2. My journey starts like in june as Fresher then by time passes i got my higher rank in MD department (Neurosurgeon) and then i applied for HC I get a chance to prove my self first i get RO(rescue offficer) then DOD ( Dean of Division) and then HOD( Head o Division) and lastly DC (Division Chief) and then i get a break for 1 month and i came back and again started with new with my position of RO(rescue offficer) And now i am Head of AS right now in EMS.
3.I see many people who deserve a chance to prove them self. They are passionate and Hard working and loyal with organization but organization not giving them back what they deserve.So i want to help those people who are really passionate to help to grow this organization and try to give them chance and also the rewards that they deserves and i know rank is not just a rank it is a responsibility and i will make sure no one will misuses his power.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My first priority to cover (PH &SH) 24/7 not to leave lobby empty and also make sure that we have On Calls units as well avalible for 24/7 so the citizen that are in unconcious ccondition waiting for someone to help him will probably get help anytime he wants.I will try to hire people according to day and night shift so we can have equal amount of units at both day and shift.
I also try to cover as many events as we can to help LEOs and make the city safe and also giving a good rp.During all of the events i will make sure we are behaving professionally so cannot make any of the persons experince bad because of EMS because i know if we do anything wrong EMS image will get bad to other people.
I also try to give responsibility to some good hands so we can cover all the Lobbys and Calls 24/7 and also try to do as many events as we can and I have plans to do some Blood donation , Medical and many more goodthings or the city to make EMS the best Organization in the City.
