This guy approached us out of nowhere, asking for money in exchange for singing a song. For fun, we gave him some money and asked him to sing. After starting the song, he suddenly ran away without any reason. I called out to him, saying, "Bro, why are you running?" and asked him not to run as we wanted to enjoy and dance. Instead of responding normally, he began using parental insults, saying bad words about my mom. This behavior is clearly visible at timestamp 02:32 and violates GR 3.1 and GR 3.2.
