Good afternoon administrators, I was banned by general rule GR 1.7 and 1.9 because my friend was going to leave the city, so we called an admin to clarify this situation and the admin said that we could do as stated in the pov, so he sold me the houses and gave me 5M because the admin said we could do it if it was allowed. I would like to know if it would be possible to remove my ban or reduce this penalty because I am a new player and I am not aware of certain rules and therefore we should have asked before making any exchange. I apologize. any default and once again I ask for a chance I'm willing to money wipe if they think it's right
