Ans:
i. Families was my one of the first gang that I joined in the city and I gained experience form working under the leader and deputies of gang. I want to face the challenges as a Leader of Families gang and make my term the best term of families gang.
ii. As being a Leader of Families gang it is my duty to help people under my term and touch the sky with successful term and with a respectful Leader. I have a team management skill to working with the gang members.
iii. Quality of Leadership will lead to a good term with my past experience with gangs experience and a good amount of payout and bonus for attending events and for Turfers. I will treat my gang members with respect as not as a gang but as my own family members.

i. Rule breakers will receive punishment from families gang.
ii. I will organize multiple events such as ( hostage situation, store robbery, Clands, terrorist attack, etc).
