Additional information
1. Leader of National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 Being in every state organisation I worked hard everywhere but in national guards I had a whole different feeling I liked how they serve this city while other organisation work hard in stores and other events national guards serves them with ammunations and indirectly serving the city to a better future
by becoming the leader of National Guards I want to serves this city for a better future and also keeping the relationship with other organisation strong and good and helping them with there task. Supplying Ammunation to other organisation Is a major part of National Guards and sometimes it becomes a issue cause of low units or circumstances by applying for this leadership I want to bring more people to national guards and also creating a space where we can do our missions with other organisations very smoothly
being previously in National Guards I know people hate standing on gates for hours but in my leadership there will be better bonuses and also motivation to work. I will like to make a system where people will work for 2 hours each at gates by that people will not get bored and also give them chances to go to city and help other organizations with there missions
2.2 I will make sure no organisation warehouse gets low on ammunations cause we all know how important it is. I will make sure all the supplies happens smoothly and no conflicts or bad things happens
2.3 The National Guard has always been close to my life . it was the very first place where i had the honor of serving my country. Over the course of four different terms, i gained so much
insight into how to guard operates. I Started as a trainee, but through hard work, dedication and the mentorship of incredible leader, i eventually rose to a position in the High Command . Along the way , i Focused to building my foundation and overcoming daily chanllenges each step shaping who iam today.
2.4 One of my core beliefs is that the safety and well-being of our community must always come first. As a leader, it’s my mission to ensure that every citizen feels safe in their home, free from the threats of crime and disorder. I’m committed to developing strategies that protect our people, working hand in hand with other agencies, and ensuring peace and order are maintained.
2.5 But leadership is more than just making decisions or overseeing operations. It’s about people. I see my role as one of mentorship—helping others grow, build their skills, and reach their full potential. By encouraging a sense of teamwork and pride, we can do more than just meet our goals; we can achieve great things together.
3. Suggestions for Increasing Roleplay Intensity in the Organization
i) Implementation of Engine Blockers on NG Vehicles
The biggest improvement we need is the activation of engine blockers in NG vehicles. Fort Zancudo is a very closed and no-go zone, but still, trespassers would sneak in with their cars thereby challenging our soldiers instead of being a threat to them. This does not only impact the environment but also the mental well-being of our members that are empowered in this regard. With engine blockers for our vehicles, we would be able to protect the integrity of the base and create a much more role-played authentic experience for our soldiers.
ii) Creating an Attractive Bonus System
This can get pretty dull to sit around waiting at the gates especially when nothing seems to be happening. Unlike LSPD, SAHP, or FIB that are always in activity, members of NG/GOV tend to be in less exciting work. A bonus scheme where people are rewarded based on how much time and effort they contribute would further make gate duty worth doing-and attract more people to our uniform.
iii) Encourage Discipline and Punctuality
As our city's military arm, the National Guard should reflect a sense of discipline which typical military forces reflect. My being part of a defense background makes me think that all NG members would reflect professionalism in their movements and work aspects. This imposition of a culture about discipline will make the overall experience of roleplaying come out smoothly for our members, with the feeling that they are, in fact, part of a military entity.
Punishment System:

Verbal Warning 2 = 1 Strike (2 Minor mistakes will be treated as 1 major offense)
