Dear Admin Team, especially dear Chief Administrator,
On September 28th, 2024, at 16:09, my account was banned due to a violation of "General Rule 4.1." I am unable to understand the reason for this ban, and initially, I expected the ban to last for 60 days. However, as I have now been banned for over 60 days without any unban, I assume that the ban has been made permanent.
I would like to emphasize that I have not used any external software or tools that could provide an unfair advantage (e.g., hacks, bots, etc.). If, however, I have unknowingly violated any rules or made a mistake, I sincerely apologize.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could clarify the exact reason for my ban so that I can better understand what I need to improve or change to ensure this does not happen again. Additionally, I hope that I can be granted a second chance.
