This is to bring to the notice an IC incident where two individuals associated with 404980 and 86733 randomly came to our car and started being toxic by doing car ramming. Such an atmosphere not only deteriorates the experience of role play but certainly builds a factor of disgust and anguish for not having stricter measures to curtail these kinds of behaviours in the city.

Based on the best suitable judgements, I urge you to take relevant punishment on these two individuals accordingly.
