I agree that I couldn't record a longer pov but we can still hear him using inappropriate language in the uploaded video. I think at least on the basis of that the appropriate action should be taken

issue: killed me in gz cuz my car accidently hit his car, and used inappropriate language. unfortunately I couldn't record the footage before, in which he was car ramming but I still have the footage for the whole event but it still proves some points
