I was talking to someone then he came and ramming you can see in the POV Then I notice his vest on his body then all in POV.

How can it be an RDM? when you clearly pointed Taser at him, blocked his engine, giving pull-over demands just to satisfy your ego? that is a clear voilation of GR 6.4. and using taser is gunfight? that is clearly Fail RP.
And recording with Nvidia in laptop is not a good idea brother. Enjoy your 30 days ban.​

You can see in POV. I asked him to show his passport. He didn't show it to . And he is wearing a vest. He immediately got into the car and at this point what can I do? I will definitely Taser him and get him out of the car or how can I stop the car?

And I didn't show my pride here, I was on duty here, since he was wearing a vest, it was illegal, so I asked him to show his passport, but he kept stopping. How could I stop him? This was the only way.

And I play on a PC, not a laptop.

That's a legal vest XD u can't even defferentiate between a legal and illegal vest lame...XDD
