Life Story: Mafiaa Tzariar born at 4 August in 1985 in a Russian Goon Family named Tzariar. From the early age of his life he used to help other people so much. But oneday, the grandpa of Tzariar had passed away and other goons family attacked on them and kill elders of the family. By seeing this the elder son of Tzariar Family and Mafiaas' uncle Lord Tzariar shifted to Los Santos with his family members and cousins. Then Lord Tzariar established a family in Los Santos with his brothers and cousins. After shifted to Los Santos, Mafiaas' Parents gave a birth of a baby Girl name Arrpa Tzariar. These Brother and sister went to Law college to get educated themselves Mafiaa got his degree before his sister. He joined gangs first to earn money. Then he met with a new friend named Sahil Warriors. Then Sahil and Mafiaa did a lot of things they robbed people, killed people and so many others stuffs in city as a gangstar. Suddenly, Sahil was killed by the rivals gang member. Then, Mafiaa got depressed and earn money in legal way with taxi driving, farming, fishing. After a few months, Mafiaa came back to his family house and met with his uncle Lord Tzariar. Lord Tzariar and his cousin Sherlock Knight taught Mafiaa about the every rules and regulations which was established by the government of Los Santos. After their influence, Mafiaa first time joined LSPD and served the people of Los Santos with honesty and sincerity. For his works he got promoted soon there. Then he got transfer letter to join FIB as Elite SSA to reduce the crime of the City. Suddenly he heard that his sister Arrpa Tzariar got an accident and went in comma. Then he felt so bad for her sister and usually he was in depression after that incident. Then Lord Tzariar wanted to make him as Son in Law. He got married with the daughter of Lord Tzariar named Reyna Tzariar. After a few month he got report that his sister need a brain surgery. He reported to the Doctor and confirmed that It's not an normal accident his sister was a victim of attempt to murder. He got so angry and asked Lord Tzariar what to do to protect her sister from unknown enemy. Then Lord Tzariar Suggested him to implant binic chips in head. Mafiaa never knew about the bionic chip so he asked where to have this thing. Lord Tzariar told about the scientists in EMS Lab. Then Mafiaa took that EMS scientist and requested him implant the bionic chips in their heads. EMS Doctors and Scientists implanted the chips in both of their head after 72 hours surgery. After a week Mafiaa and Arrpa woke up from comma. But Arrpa lost his previous memory from his brain. Fortunately bionic chip extracted the lost memory and stored it in its database. Now Mafiaa know about the murderer and can share his memory and skills with Arrpa Tzariar. In that case, after the college Arrpa went to National guard of Los Santos. But, Mafiaa couldn’t forgive anyone from the incident. So he decided to protect his sister and his family member from unknown enemy and became a Silent killer machine.
Outcomes:
1-Mafiaa can kill anyone who shoots on him or his family members means If a person shoots at him or his family member without demands, Mafiaa will also shoot at them without demand.(Self-Defence Fire means can shoot back without demands).
2-Mafiaa can shoot anyone who pocess a direct threat of his life or his family members life.(Must be following GR 6.15 and Ghetto rule 1.12).
3-Mafiaa have no fear if there are 2 people who aim at him. If there are 3 people who pointing aim on him mafiaa will show fear for his life.
4-Mafiaa can recognise anyone whom were met with Arrpa Tzariar by their dress and voice.(Must not be break Meta Gaming Rules).
5-Mafiaa can smash anyones bodycam.(with proper RP commands twich per situation).
6-Mafiaa doesn’t need to refreshes his bodycam as it's connected with the database directly.
7-Mafiaa can do deceiving any Leo or Civilian for his advantages.(Muat be following Fear RP and Fail RP).
8- Mafiaa can drive any car anywhere excepts the super cars.(Must not do UB Driving).
