2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1.Throught my journey in this project I have spend my time in city 2 and now in city 3 and throughout city 2 i have been in all kinds of legal/ illegal orgs, mastering the art of each org. I have made multiple attempts of becoming a leader on the second city and made it till interview about 3-4 times but couldnt beacuse of ooc issues but now If i think i am free and thought of becoming a badass gang leader and lead the gang beautifully and terrorising the city with it without any rule breaks of course.
2. If we talk about the events which happen through out the city wether it be subs, graphitti, and others i will ensure every body attends it. I have noticed through out my journey that many new members of the gang are scared to attend the events because they have a fear of getting jailed or sent on vacation, as to make that fear go away, before every event i would tell them all rules they should be aware of and tell them to record by their bodycam so they dont get in danger for pov request or something. I will lead the events throught calm ness as if the leader is paniking so the members would also.
3. Let us talk how we can ensure about no rule breakage and management, I will get a set of people in the gang who would work as hr if we take it from the legal org point of view they will be the people who would look after the org in my absense and ensure no rule break and tell them about each rules before each events and how to avoid breaking them. Last but not the least let us talk about general gang activites such as robbing people, killing people, graphitti, about these matters i will arrange 4 peoples for each activity and would ensure it happenes all day long for example from rank 1-5 the people will majorly focus on graphittis (as it will be a stepping stone and easyily done) and will be issued bonuses for their work and will be taught every thing before hand to ensure no rule break, from rank 6-10 these poeple will focus on killing and robbing people as per above they will get the required training also and will be issued bonus for their work via the bodycam or picture of robs. from rank 11-16 will be HCs and moniter their work and help them if needed. (Turf lead / head would be set uped)
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. No racisim will take place in the org if did he/she will be kicked and blacklisted.
2. No favoritism in the org about ranks each one will be provided through his/her exp if did he/she will be kicked and blacklisted.
3. No targeting towards any other org members or internally if did he/she will be kicked and blacklisted.
4. Everybody would be given equal chances to rob/ lead if not given he/she will be given a warning.
5. Bonuses will be given after each event the amount is shown below:
1. Store robbery - $10.000
2. Fort Zancoudo raid- $15.000
3. Gun store robbery: $10.000
4. For Robbing/ graphitti: $5.000 per graphitti/ $7.000 each person ( The proof will be submitted via mails and bonus would be provided weekly by Hcs)
5. Clandestine Robbery: Top 2 shooters $400.000 / $300.000 (Each parachute captured $20.000)
6. Submarine: $12.000 each seeds taken ( The proof will be submitted via mails and bonus would be provided weekly by Hcs)
7. Aircraft carrier : $13.000
