Life Story:
Evelyn Smoke grew up in an area of Sheffield that was looked down upon, and had no local police. Evelyn spent most time learning from her brother who was a known troublemaker in the estate and took all her advice from him. With no one to look up to, and no one to be a good role model to her she began taking part in criminal activities that her brother was known for. At an early stage Evelyn learnt to shop lift, vandalize, steal from others she even dropped out of school. This gave her a bad name, however Evelyn was not aware of this and carried on thinking it was best for her. Evelyn decided to carry this on doing the same activities weekly until one day after Evelyn's birthday her brother was caught and locked up for these wrong doings. At that moment it hit Evelyn, she believed it was already too late as she had dropped out of school and was almost 18. Evelyn at once took all the money she had gathered from the years and bought a flight to Los Santos as she believed her brother would snitch on all the criminal things she had done throughout the years. Evelyn settled in well in Los Santos putting on a fake act to make sure no one would call her out for his previous wrongdoings. She met a few friends who worked at a bar and made all money beyond that point working.
Career Story:
A few years after Evelyn made her way into Los Santos, she began to mature and grew out of her boring old job at the bar, she wanted to go above and test her skills of faking her interactions. Crime was still Evelyn's favourite thing and wanted to continue her work, without being caught. After leaving her place of work, she spent many months lying to work her way into the FIB. All work paid off and she'd finally made it into the force. She spent her time working very hard and gained trust from almost every working employee. Evelyn eventually worked up to a High Command position by her second term working for the force, and decide she wanted to move on. The day Evelyn resigned from FIB, all her memories with her brother came back, and she wanted to make him proud. Due to this Evelyn decided to join a criminal faction and show that she still had the criminal skills in her. She joined the Ballas gang and spent many months there advancing her skills of being a criminal. Unfortunately during one of their store robberies Evelyn was caught and sent to be questioned by Government. Evelyn was greeted by one of her ex employee's in the room and was persuaded into joining back the government. Since then, her friend was within the Government and had left FIB, with Evelyn’s interests to see what the Government was like, she applied and cleared her record using by paying another corrupt friend that was already apart of Government who was giving information to the Ballas gang. Evelyn fortunately got into the Government and spent her time working along side her friends however on the back of her mind she still wants to do criminal activities and be corrupt.
Outcomes:
1.Evelyn can help her family and people she likes by let them go.
2.Evelyn can search for hidden cameras and microphones and smash them if needed by using /try to find the bodycam (twice per situation) and /do to destroy it.
3.Evelyn may break IC laws due to her corruption
4.Evelyn can rob weapons off an individual she searches if she chooses. (Secluded locations With Sufficient RP and must follow GR 6.16)
5.Evelyn can use lethal force on people on duty if they does not comply with her demands. She may also torture/kill people to get info that she wants from them.
6.Evelyn can do illegal activities off duty- including being able to go to black market and ghetto.
7.Evelyn can take bribes.(Up to 100k or equivalent value in illegal items/weaponry)(cannot take a bribe to be hostage)
8.Evelyn can deny/lie about calling an attorney for a suspect in her custody. She may also deny to show identification to protect her privacy.
9.Evelyn can give tours or allow the person to cause a jail break if she feels like it.
10.Evelyn can pickup guns/sell/ use any sort of illegal weapon/ammunition/body armor as long as they arent from an organization.
