1- I have experienced the illegal side in this city so wanted to experience leadership of a gang . I wanna be leader of Ballas and lead this gang and complete successful term with a good turf team.
2- I want to lead Ballas cause of my expriencies in illegal orgs along my journey in grp and Ballas HQ was always special for me due to location of the HQ and my memories in it.
3- With my leadership i will bring competion in turfs and all kinda gang events, and will bring a good activity to ghetto also unlike the previus terms.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1- I will attend all gang activities that can be done with the gang , store robbery, attack FZ ,take hostages .With these activites the gang will earn money and give out bonuses to my fellow gang members and will make them enjoy the gang activities in my term. Ballas will have a leader that reward the good behavior and good activity in the city
2- Who wants to join the gang must be able to speak english fluently and must be able to pass an interview. I will keep my gang standard high by hiring only citizens that can speak english, know the rules,and pass an interview. Ballas will have the most complete guys in activity.
3- Every gang member should be able to follow chain of command and listen to High Commands lead. I will have members that can listen HCs, respect the rules, respect each other and most important 0 toxicity
