1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? "I’ve spent a significant amount of time in RP and have learned a lot about the community and the dynamics of the server. While I enjoy RPing, I feel that transitioning to an admin role will allow me to contribute to the server in a different way, by helping ensure fairness, resolving conflicts, and keeping the environment enjoyable for everyone. I believe I can bring a fresh perspective to admin duties and am eager to assist in the growth of the server."
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial) "I have held multiple roles throughout my time on the server. I’ve been a [leader/important figure] in the [Crime/State factions], and I've also had leadership positions in [name of unofficial group or other roles]. These positions have allowed me to develop strong organizational and leadership skills, which I believe will translate well into the administrative role."
3. What are your strengths? "My main strengths include strong communication skills, conflict resolution, and an ability to stay calm under pressure. I am also good at listening to others and finding solutions that work for all parties involved. Additionally, I have a solid understanding of the game mechanics and the server's rules, which will help in moderating effectively."
4. What are your weaknesses? "One area I am working on is delegating tasks. Sometimes, I tend to take on too much myself because I want to ensure everything is done correctly. However, I’ve been actively improving this by learning to trust others and distribute responsibilities more effectively."
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team? "I bring strong problem-solving abilities, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of the community’s dynamics. I also have experience in managing and resolving conflicts, which can be very beneficial in maintaining a positive atmosphere. Additionally, I am well-versed in game mechanics, so I can assist with any technical or gameplay-related issues that arise."

(It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) "Yes, I understand the restriction, and I am ready to sell my business if needed to fulfill the requirements of the admin role. My primary goal is to contribute to the server in a meaningful way, and I am more than willing to make that sacrifice."
