POV shows someone giving demands without reason, just because im standing on goverment property, on a goverment road. = UB demands.... I guess actually 2 ppl are giving UB demands. UB = Unrealistic Behavior, UB Demands, which refer to its a unrealistic demands, which is, to randomly chase someone and give them demands on goverment ground. This is only for law enforcement to do. Judging by the look for him and them, they isn't goverment law enforcement... So it must be UB Demands.
POV also shows someone shooting me in city without any reason. So it must be RDM.
