he gave me warning bc he think i was stalling bc i was too slow and idk the name of the emotes and he jailed while i was on knee and these my friend s in vid the dont have PC they r PS players and they were playing rocket league

The reason you got a warning for FearRP was because you were stalling, at least from what I could see at that time. They told you many times to put your hands up, didn't do so until later. Then you pulled your shotgun out and got on your knees, again something that is not what was demanded from you.

In your POV it looks like you were nervous or something and honeslty didnt know how to do things, what I find weird as you do have the right animation added to your favorites even. But I do believe you actually didnt seem to know how to respond and didnt purposely stall time. In my eyes having your warning removed would be fair, even though you should know what to do in these situations.
