2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A) I want to be the leader of the Ballas gang because I’ve always been into gangs. Ever since I started, I’ve been involved in them, and it’s where I feel like I belong. For me, Ballas is not just a gang, it’s a family, and we need to show everyone that we run the streets and always represent the ghetto. If I’m the leader, I want to make sure everyone has a chance to get a rank and grow in the gang. Everyone who joins should feel like they belong, no matter where they’re from. Ballas is for anyone who’s loyal and ready to fight and participate events like battleship. Together, we’ll prove that Ballas is on top, and we won’t let anyone forget us, and nobody will be able to ignore us as we will be patrolling the ghetto daily.
B) I believe that I have been in gangs long enough, as I have been deputy almost 4 times and underdeputy in any gang I go. I have always led situations and gangs even through the tough times when they werent active, and now I think it is my time to step up to become a leader of the Ballas Grande, as it is the most notorious gang in the city, and I will be ready for any challenge to come, and with myself and my deputies, I will be able to get through it all. I want everyone to know about Ballas and to make the ghetto active, as commonly you do not see any gangs in the ghetto now. I would like to change that and I would also like to host some events for police, so they have something to do.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
BonusesI believe that bonuses are a big part of an organization, and giving bonuses will motivate people to go into events. We can invite people who know the basic rules and know enough to be in a gang.
Experienced People: Hiring only the experienced people can also improve roleplay, as newbies in the city do not know much about the rules and I think that if we invite the more "better roleplayers", we will be able to improve overall roleplay by following the server rules.
Getting Members: Hiring is an important process of any organisation, and it is needed to get into the gang. I think that we can invite a lot of people, as I can invite my family and friends. This will improve overall roleplay as we will be able to have large numbers which means we can host a lot of events.
Events: I plan to host as much events as possible, such as going to clands, hosting store robberies / gun store robberies every 3 hours and FZ raids daily.
Graffiti and Turf: I plan to also have all 46 graffitis in the Ghetto, and I am hoping to get 100% turf season for Ballas Grande.
