Aayush family struggled to make ends meet which made his childhood ‘sad’ as he referred to it as. His father worked himself to the bone while his mother worked night shifts sewing clothes to help support the family. As Ayush grew older, his father instilled in him a powerful desire to succeed which his parents had to struggle for. Ayush was also taught that nothing is permanent unless someone puts in the effort to make it so. With the teachings instilled in him, his parents were able to secure him a job later in life as a factory worker too.Anjali holding the family together conveyed to Aayush that positive perseverance during difficult times is true magic. With inspiration from his mother, Aayush employed himself into sports and academics as fully as possible to achieve the goals his parents had sacrificed for. By the time Aayush had completed his high school education, he was not surprised to hear he was offered a scholarship as he was already the top candidate from his previous school.Then came the heart-wrenching irony that filled Aayush with dread. Ayan did not fear failure; he feared losing the power of submission. To be deemed strong in this world, his mind set did need to change, and it was not going to be an easy process. True strength lies in defeating the demons that accompany everyone in life, and for Aayush – that monster was control.

His town was riddled with crime and chaos, so when he turned eighteen and enlisted in the national guard, the desire to break free from the vicious cycle drew him in. During the training, he wished to gain discipline and order from the services, however, it was clear that his thirst stemmed from the need to build a life for his own. From the very beginning, Aayush had the desire to serve and protect the country. With the understanding that he would need to dedicate himself to a cause, the strong sense of duty he felt manifested in a desire to protect those who could not help themselves.Putting Aayush’s expectations of the level of prestige he wanted to achieve into context, there was certainly a less number of fights that were required in place. This notion allowed him to focus on the vivid memories of brutal battles that dimmed over time. While on tour, he began concentrating on the smear of blood painting the ranks of the military, which made him realize that the truth was war did not breed heroism; rather it nurtured greed. The act of coming to that conclusion made him question everything he had known but inspired him and motivated him to seek self advancement.Aayush began accepting bribes that aided defense contracts to further his personal gains, making him a master at the art of self serving power as he became Major General.
