As you can see in the pov, we where at the caravan starting point i was having a normal talk with them and the guy id - 148488 at time stamp 2:01 started shooting on me without giving any demands.

after i got unconscious the guy id - 154359 at time stamp 2:20 came to me and spitts on me as per GR 6.8 It is restricted to do any amoral actions in relation to an unconscious person(e.g. spitting, sexual animations and etc).

As you can see in his POV that he is already unconscious as he is already involved in the RP and secondly you can see we were at the caravan starting and in his POV there is a enemy tag above my head so we don't need to give demands to kill our enemies at caravan starting to hijack their caravan.

At timestamp 0:36 we hijacked his caravan as seen in his POV which confirms that we were there for hijacking caravan
