Dear administrator.
Today I got banned for 1.7 (House 913). After reading this, I became aware of the situation. In the past, it was allowed to transfer houses for state value. I had been doing this as many others have done before because we were allowed to. The rule changed recently, and when I came back to the game, I was made aware of it. I don't believe I broke the rule in the time after this rule changed, but if I did, I apologise. As a player, I would never intentionally do something like this because it is in my best interest to continue playing. I hope you can forgive me and allow me to continue to play.
